Proposes the adoption of IEC 62026-1:2000 as a Joint Australian/New Zealand Standard to specify requirements of interfaces between controllers and switching elements, normal service conditions for devices, constructional and performance requirements and tests to verify conformance to requirements. Copies of IEC 62026-1 can be purchased from or viewed at Standards Australia or at Standards New Zealand.
