Proposes the adoption of ISO 6506-3:1999 as an Australian Standard. ISO 6506-3 specifies a method for the calibration of reference blocks which are intended for use in the indirect verification of Brinell hardness test machines as described in ISO 6506-2. Copies of ISO 6506-3 may be purchased from or viewed at Standard Australia offices.
