Proposes guidelines for the design, installation and maintenance of lighting systems for roads which require Category A lighting complying with AS 1158.1. It is intended to be read in conjunction with AS 1158.1 and provides background information and advice to assist in application of the requirements of that Standard. Proposed as a Joint Australian/New Zealand Standard.
