Proposes requirements for the installation of electrical equipment and testing of the completed installation in a single domestic premises. The requirements and methods proposed are consistent with AS 3000 and reflect common practices. Installations carried out in accordance with the proposals are intended to be considered in compliance with AS 3000. A number of illustrations have been included to clarify the proposed requirements.
