Proposes the adoption of ISO/IEC 13818-2:1995, which specifies the coded representation of picture information and the decoding process for digital storage media and digital video communication. Proposed as a Joint Australian/New Zealand Standard. The complete text can be viewed at the Sydney and Melbourne Information Centres of Standards Australia or at Standards New Zealand. Arrangements can be made to view copies at other Standards Australia branches if required.
