Proposes the adoption of ISO/IEC 13871:1995, which defines a set of procedures used in the provision of higher bandwidth digital bi-directional channels by combining multiple-switched or non-switched 56 kbit/s or 64 kbit/s digital bearer channels across public or private networks. Proposed as a Joint Australian/New Zealand Standard. The complete text can be viewed at the Sydney and Melbourne information Centres of Standards Australia or at Standards New Zealand. Arrangements can be made to view copies at other Standards Australia branches if required.
