Proposes the adoption of ISO/IEC 13871:1995, which defines a set of procedures used in the provision of higher bandwidth digital bi-directional channels by combining multiple-switched or non-switched 56 kbit/s or 64 kbit/s digital bearer channels across public or private networks. Proposed as a Joint Australian/New Zealand Standard. The complete text can be viewed at the Sydney and Melbourne information Centres of Standards Australia or at Standards New Zealand.
