Proposes minimum requirements for materials, fabrication and erection of utility services poles manufactured from concrete and used to support one, or a number of, above-ground utility services such as public lighting and electric power cables. May be used as a basis for a project specification for concrete poles which are part of a utility services infrastructure. Proposed as a Joint Australian/New Zealand Standard.
