Proposes technical requirements for road tankers transporting compressed liquefiable gases for designers, planners, operators and regulators. This edition introduces methods for vehicle cabling and electrical equipment on the tanker and or trailer. Safety is also improved with the introduction of a vehicle rollover device intended to automatically shut down the engine and all power sources in the event of a rollover.
