Proposes the adoption of ISO/IEC 13818-3:1998, which specifies the coded representation of multichannel and multilingual high quality audio for broadcasting, transmission and storage media, and the method for decoding of multichannel and multilingual high quality audio signals. Proposed as a Joint Australian/New Zealand Standard.
