Proposes as the replacement for the Australian Gas Association Standard AG 102:1998, Approval requirements for gas water heaters. It incorporates the amendments published since the last issue of AG 102 in June 1998. It proposes minimum requirements for the safe design, performance and rational use of energy of gas water heaters.
