Proposes the adoption of IEC 61779-4 which specifies performance requirements for group II (non-mining) portable, transportable and fixed apparatus for the detection and measurement of combustible gas or vapour concentrations with air, up to 100 percent lower explosive limit. Proposed as a Joint Australian/New Zealand Standard.
