Rotating electrical machines - General requirements Part 102.3: Methods for determining losses and efficiency - Three-phase cage induction motors
30-06-2017
12-04-1999
Proposes methods that would supersede those in Part 102.1: Methods for determining losses and efficiency General. The text is a proposed Australian redrafting of an IEC draft 2G/102A/CDV, October 1998, (to be IEC 61972). The main method involves the determination of additional load losses from torque measurements under various load conditions, instead of arbitrary values being assumed or assigned. Proposed as a Joint Australian/New Zealand Standard.
