Proposes the adoption of ISO 3166-3:1999 which provides the principles and maintenance arrangements of a code for the representation of country names removed from editions 1 to 4 of ISO 3166 (AS 2632) and the consecutive edition of ISO 3166-1 (AS 2632.1).
