Proposes the adoption of ISO 14882:1998 which specifies the requirements for the implementations of the C plus plus programming language. This language is based on the C programming language and provides additional data types, classes, templates, exceptions, namespaces, inline functions, operator and function name overloading references, free store management operators and additional library facilities.
