Proposes the adoption of IEC 60269-2:1986 incorporating its Amendment 1:1995 and Corrigendum:1996 which provides supplementary requirements to those stated in AS/NZS 60269.1 for fuses designed for use in installations where the fuse-links are accessible to, and may be replaced by, authorized persons only. A copy of IEC 60269-2:1986 may be purchased from or viewed at any Standards Australia office or Standards New Zealand. Proposed as a Joint Australian/New Zealand Standard.
