UNCERTAINTY OF FORCE MEASUREMENTS

Provides guidance on the estimation of force measurement uncertainty in a range of different areas, namely: - uncertainty of forces generated by national force standard machines; - uncertainty of forces generated by force calibration machines (i.e. determination of CMC); - uncertainty of forces measured by force-measuring instruments; - uncertainty of forces generated by industrial force-generating equipment.
