Defines signalling protocol for supporting the Path Replacement additional network feature (ANF-PR) at the Q reference point between Private Telecommunication Network Exchanges (PTNXs) connected within a Private Telecommunication Network (PTN). This feature is applicable to an established call, permitting the replacement of the connection of that call by a new connection.
