Defines the signalling protocol for supporting the Cordless Terminal Location Registration supplementary service (SS-CTLR) at the Q reference point between Private Integrated Services Network Exchanges (PINXs) connected within a Private Integrated Services Network (PISN). This service enables a CTM user to register at, or deregister from, the current location in the PISN, enabling the CTM user to maintain the provided services which includes the ability to make and receive calls at different access points.
