Describes Web Services and SOAP bindings for the Application Session Services defined in ECMA-354. Allows Applications to create and maintain a relationship with Servers termed Application Session. Also, the Web services specified herein, allow Service Requesters (Applications in ECMA-354) and Service Providers (Servers in ECMA-354) to create and maintain such Application Sessions.
