This publication is primarily intended to provide guidance for operators of aviation fuelling facilities located in non-military airports (e.g. commercial, general aviation and private) and who may handle FSII, for the: receipt of FSII additive; storage of FSII additive; i njection of FSII into airport tankage or aircraft, and receipt, storage and dispensing of aviation fuels containing FSII at point of receipt.
