Defines the Sanitary/phytosanitary Certificate message (SANCRT) for use in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) between partners involved in administration, transport and commerce and permits an inspection authority to attest to the health, hygiene, freedom from disease or freedom from disease or insect pests status of animal, plant or fish product and provides basic details about the means of conveyance of the product.
