Abstract - (Show below) - (Hide below)

Defines a laboratory procedure for measurement of the vibrations at the handles of hand-held pneumatic saws, having reciprocating, rotating or oscillating action, together with files with reciprocating action. This is a type-test method for establishment of the magnitude of vibrations at the handles of the power tool when in operation under a specific load. The results are intended for use in comparison of different power tools or models of the same type, which will indicate operations in real work situations.
