Specifies the design, rating and testing of indoor type, metal clad switchgear and controlgear incorporating fused switching devices of the air break or vacuum break type, in combination with high breaking capacity (HBC) fuse links for short circuit protection of the main circuit. The equipment is suitable for use on 3.3 kV, 3-phase, 50Hz systems in which the neutral point is earthed either solidly or through a resistor and/or inductor.
