Defines the minimum technical requirements for support of circuit mode voice-band data services within the Terrestrial Flight Telecommunications System (TFTS) Aeronautical Public Correspondence (APC) system defined in ETS 300 326, parts 1 to 3, [1] to [3], using the Terminal Interface Function (TIF) of the voice-band data coding system described in the Inmarsat Aeronautical System Definition Manual, Module 5 [9].
