Technical requirements for three-phase, oil-immersed 33/11.5kV 50Hz emergency rated system transformers of 15, 24 and 40MVA for use on systems having the 11.5kV neutral earthed directly or through resistance or reactance at one or more points. The normal usage envisaged for these transformers is for two units operating in parallel. Appendix A covers cable boxes and their components for cable box connected emergency rated system transformers rated up to 40MVA at 33/11.5kV.
