Specifies the dimensional, material and performance requirements for driven steel earth electrodes and their accessories. So as to enable manufactures scope for innovation, only basic dimensional design parameters are given, the emphasis being on performance. However, because of the difficulty in specifying realistic corrosion tests, material requirements are more rigourously specified.
