To produce an interoperability air-interface profile for DECT-RLL application: RAP (RLL Access Profile), based on the DECT Generic Access Profile (GAP), that provides a minimum of service level, i.e the so called "POTS" services, and optional extensions that include 64 kbit/s bearer service, ISDN services and broadband packet services.
