Provides acceptable means, but not the only means, for operators certificated under Parts 121 or 123 of the Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) and operators utilizing large aircraft under FAR 135.2, to obtain approval to operate within a specific airspace over the North Atlantic designated as the North Atlantic (NAT) Minimum Navigation Performance Specifications (MNPS) airspace after 0001 Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
