METHODOLOGY for UNCONTAINED ENGINE/APU FAILURE
Provides a method of compliance with the requirements of section 23.901(f), 23.903(b)(1), 25.901(d) and 25.903(d)(1) of the Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) pertaining to design precautions taken to minimize the hazards to an airplane in the event of uncontained engine or auxiliary power unit (APU) rotor failures.
