Le présent rapport technique (ETR) spécifie les éléments communs de l'accès conditionnel DVB. Il a été élaboré principalement pour servir de base au plus grand nombre de systèmes d'accès conditionnel fondés sur la norme ISO/CEI 13818-1 (MPEG-2) [ 1] et sur les spécifications DVB. Le présent rapport spécifie les aspects qui sont nécessaires pour faire coexister de multiples systèmes d'accès conditionnel dans un même flux de données.
