Gives Bellcore's preliminary view of proposed generic requirements for Exchange Permanent Virtual Connection (PVC) Cell Relay Service (CRS) Customer Network Management (CNM) service. CNM service provides end customers with the ability to manage their access to and use of Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) provided services such as Exchange PVC CRS and certain aspects of the LEC network supporting those services.
