Sets out Bellcores's preliminary view of proposed generic requirements on security administration for interfaces among Operations Systems (OSs) and Network Elements (NEs). This document applies when the interface between the OS performing security administration and the OS or NE that is being managed is based on the Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) Reference Model.
