Describes Bellcore's view of proposed generic requirements for In-Process Quality Metrics (IPQM) to be implemented during the development and maintenance of software by a supplier for a typical Bellcore Client Company (BCC). The purpose of this document is to define generic process requirements for effective project and process management, and to identify a set of metrics to be used to measure progress toward project goals.
