Gives generic requirements for the Prompted Automatic Callback Feature. PAC is an originating SPCS feature that gives customers with convenient activation of the CLASS AC feature upon detection of a busy condition. It provides the means for residential and business customers to access AC without having to hang up and dial the AC activation code. PAC is available for Dual Tone MultiFrequency DTMF and Dial Pulse DP sets.
