A document that describes the TL1 messages for executing the testing/access functions described in FR-476 in detail. It informs the industry (Bellcore's view) of the Test System Controller/ Remote Test Units that interface with OSs, and also provides the suppliers of NEs that interface with TSC/RTUs with (Bellcore's view) of the proposed requirements, executing remote testing/access functions.
