Defines a determination of the biochemical oxygen demand of waters by diluting and seeding with suppression of nitrification. Applies to all waters with biochemical oxygen demands in excess of or equal to the limit of determination 3 mg/l of oxygen and not in excess of 6000mg/l of oxygen.
