Defines procedures for analysing chlorides resulting from hydrogen chloride absorption, in accordance with EN 1911-2, in waste gases which have been sampled and filtered in accordance with EN 1911-1. Measures all compounds volatile at the filtration temperature which product chloride ions upon dissolution during sampling, giving the volatile inorganic chlorides content of gases expressed as HCl.
