Defines requirements for voice communicator systems using the Public Switched Telephone Network in addition to those defined in EN 50136-1-1. Describes switched connections giving event driven signalling between an alarm system and remote centre. The information will be transmitted by means of a stored voice message to one or more responsible persons and/or to an alarm receiving centre successively.
