Bibliography
Provides a single tear method to determine fabric tear force, known as the wing test using a test specimen that has been cut to form two wings for clamping and inclined at a defined angle to the thread direction. Applies primarily to woven textile fabrics, but can also be applied to fabrics produced by other techniques.
