    IEC 61196-1-103:2015(E) applies to coaxial communications cables. It specifies test methods for determining the capacitance. This edition constitutes a technical revision. This edition includes the following significant technical change with respect to the previous edition: Subclause 4.2, Requirements for the test sample.
