Describes the results of the IPC Cleaning and Cleanliness Test Program, Phase 3, Water Soluble Flux Part 2, B-36 Test, as performed by the Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division. The Phase 3 test was designed as a test for evaluating manufacturing materials and processed as alternatives to current manufacturing practices which require the use of chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs).
