This standard (Part 2) lists cosmetics raw materials and adjuncts in the following two classifications: a) List of ingredients termed as 'GNRAS' which must not form part of the composition of cosmetic products; and b) List of ingredients which cosmetics products must not contain except subject to the restrictions and conditions laid down.
