    1.1 This standard ( Part II ) applies to high voltage expulsion fuses and similar fuses; in which the arc is
    extinguished by the expulsion effect of the gases produced by the arc, designed for use outdoors or indoors
    on alternating current systems of 50 Hz of rated voltages exceeding l 000 V
