A Withdrawn Standard is one, which is removed from sale, and its unique number can no longer be used. The Standard can be withdrawn and not replaced, or it can be withdrawn and replaced by a Standard with a different number.

ISO 4377:2002 describes the methods of measurement of flow in rivers and artificial channels under steady or slowly varying conditions using flat-V weirs.
It also gives guidance on acceptable velocity distribution.
