    ISO 5610-1:2014 specifies tool holders with rectangular shank for indexable inserts and specifies their styles in relation to their dimensions according to ISO 56102, ISO 56103, ISO 56104, ISO 56105, ISO 56106, ISO 56107, ISO 56108, ISO 56109, ISO 561010, ISO 561011, ISO 561012, ISO 561013, ISO 561014, and ISO 561015.

    These tool holders are primarily intended for indexable inserts made of hard metal, ceramic, or other cutting materials intended to be mounted by clamping and used for turning operations. ISO 5610-1:2014 is general and is intended to be used with ISO 56102, ISO 56103, ISO 56104, ISO 56105, ISO 56106, ISO 56107, ISO 56108, ISO 56109, ISO 561010, ISO 561011, ISO 561012, ISO 561013, ISO 561014, and ISO 561015.
