Refractive index at 20 C: 1,4600 - 1,4650. Optical rotation at 20 C: Between - 4 and + 3 . Miscibility with 70 % (V/V) ethanol at 20 C: 1 : 3. Acid value: Maximum 2,0. Ester value: 115 - 195. Ester value after acetylation: 185 - 281. Chromatographic profile: A typical chromatogram is given.
