This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the tilting mixers not more than 0.8 mx3 in nominal capacity. The tilting mixers stated in this standard, hereinafter referred to as the \"mixers\", imply the mixers which mix one batch of materials to concrete in a power-driven mixing drum and is capable of discharging the mixed concrete by tilting the mixing drum.
