This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the performance requirements for the earth-moving machinery -- roll-over protective structures provided for the machinery and its test method in order to protect the operator from being crashed under the condition that the earth-moving machinery of not more than 15 kW (20 PS) in engine output at a running speed of not more than 16 km/h rolls over 360 degrees with taking the vertical axis of machinery as the center without losing contact with the inclined ground surface on the hard clay ground of not more than 30 degrees in angle of inclination.
