This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies polyethylene foam thermal insulating cylinders produced by foaming polyethylene, which are used for keeping warm or cool at service tempratured within 70centigrade degrees or within 120centigrade degrees, hereafter referred to as the \"thermal insulating cylinders\".
