This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the property classes, mechanical properties and their tests, inspection and marking for the corrosion-resistant stainless steel fasteners which meet the conditions as shown in Table 1 such as bolts (including studs), machine screws, nuts, etc., which have been manufactured by using stainless steels of austenitic, ferritic and martensitic grades.
